CANCELLATION POLICY
Mas Glam Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • Deposits are non-refundable, and if you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
